Cleaning and Maintenance Kit

Removing mold and bacteria in your barrel:
Fill with water and pour in citric acid powder. Leave it for a couple days. Remove and rinse.
Fill with water and pour in oxy san powder. Leave it for a couple days. Remove and rinse.
Rinse – Then you should be okay to pour your liquor in and start aging it. If you have to store it with water again be sure to crush a campden tablet inside the water filled barrel to keep mold from growing.
