• 1 Liter (0.26 gallon) — perfect for first-time users, or for experimenting with a new flavor before committing to a larger batch.
• 2 Liter (0.53 gallon) — a step up, and a good size for small-batch aging.
• 3 Liter (0.8 gallon) — ideal for more extensive aging projects.
• 5 Liter (1.3 gallon) — great for serious enthusiasts.
• 10 Liter (2.6 gallon) — excellent for bulk aging with longer maturation times.
• 20 Liter (5.3 gallon) — perfect for larger batches and extended aging.

Smaller barrels impart oak character more quickly than larger ones, so the size you choose shapes both how much you make and how long it takes to get there.

Every barrel is built from new American white oak, sourced from established forestry regions and selected for grain and consistency. Each one is charred to our specification and checked against our own quality standards before it ships.

Our standard is a medium char, which gives a balanced profile of sweetness and smoke suited to most spirits. Other char levels, including toasted and heavy char, are available on request.
